Requirements:

✅ GCSE's grade 4-9 / C- A* or equivalent in English and maths are desired but not essential

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Strong organisational and time-management skills

✅ A patient disposition and ability to use your own initiative.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

➡ Supporting staff members with planning and carrying out activities

➡ Ensuring that the individual needs and interests of the children and families in our nursery are met

➡ Supporting all staff and engaging in a positive staff team

➡ Developing and maintaining a partnership with parents/carers

➡ Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment that meets the needs of each individual child, while having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures, and medical histories.

As we transition from term-time to an all-year-round service, this is a fantastic time to get on board and play a pivotal role in our journey. Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you will help oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensure high-quality care and education for all children, and support the staff team in delivering the Growing Stars ethos and nurturing environment.
