This is a Full-Time role, and you will be working from Monday to Friday, 7:30 pm - 4:30 pm term time only.

➡ Effectively lead a team and demonstrate best practice approach to teaching and learning

➡ Training staff in line with the latest teaching practises

➡ Effectively delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in our setting are met

➡ Keeping records of children’s development and learning

➡ Supporting all staff and engaging in a positive staff team

➡ Developing and maintaining a strong partnership with parents/carers

➡ Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment that meets the needs of each individual child, while having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures and medical histories.

🕑 Apprentice role, 40 hours per week, at our fantastic nurseries Harrow 📍

Requirements:

✅ GCSE's grade 4-9 / C- A* or equivalent in English and maths are desired but not essential

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Strong organisational and time-management skills

✅ A patient disposition and ability to use your own initiative.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

➡ Supporting staff members with planning and carrying out activities

➡ Ensuring that the individual needs and interests of the children and families in our nursery are met

➡ Supporting all staff and engaging in a positive staff team

➡ Developing and maintaining a partnership with parents/carers

➡ Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment that meets the needs of each individual child, while having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures, and medical histories.

➡ Flexibility within working practices of the setting, undertaking other duties where needed, such as domestic tasks, preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment, etc.
